Le Mas Nouveau, a farm since the 16th century, welcomes you to its bed and breakfast, gites, spa, restaurant, workshops, and events and wedding planning.
The Mas has always had a nurturing function. By welcoming you to the restaurant and reviving the agricultural project, we continue this vocation. Promoting local producers is a given for us; the Mas has a mission to unite the fruits of the labor of 'local people'. Offering you delicious, healthy, and local dishes is our priority. All these producers come from a 30km radius; some of the vegetables, flowers, fruits, eggs, and honey come from the Mas's garden.
The Chef offers a delicate and creative cuisine to savor on the terrace with a view. The spa, the natural swimming pool, the hikes in the heart of the Park or the wild edible plant walks, the proposed activities are numerous.
